I called Lawn Doctor based on the great reviews and were they right! I talked to Chris and she couldn't be more helpful! She had her husband, Joe, come out the next day - the two of them own and operate the business. He spent extra time with us going over the special needs of our lawn - we just had some patches of sod and seeding done plus our lawn needed some real TLC. I was very impressed with his knowledge and equipment - he uses specialized, commercial grade equipment on residential applications! It's only been 10 days since the 1st treatment and you can already see the results! I highly recommend them - great quality, value and friendly customer service. ~ Paul B

For years we used other lawn services and paid a lot, but our lawn did not look good. Had areas of lawn that would not grow and patches all over. Heard good reviews about Joseph Gratzke and the Lawn Doctor company of LaGrange—Willowbrook, and this area—so I tried them. He deep seeded and natural fertilized and has been out to apply other nutrients to our yard. And Boom! In 1 year Joe made our lawn look good for the first time in many years! I was searching for a lawn service and read an article in the WALL STREET JOURNAL where LAWN DOCTOR was ranked number one in a test of I think four lawn service companies. The lawn on my property never looked as good as it did after I started using the LAWN DOCTOR of LAGRANGE. Chemicals are applied on time, and the people I interacted with were very nice and professional. When I had questions they responded quickly and accurately. My lawn just got out of control and I couldn't keep up with it. Yeah, I was the guy with all of the dandelions in the lawn year after year while the park next door looked great. A friend recommended Lawn Doctor. I have been using them for a few years now. Lawn looks terrific and now it is the park next door that has all of the dandelions.
